L’ancien capitaine de l’équipe des Highlanders a été forcé de prendre sa retraite suite à un rapport médical mettant en évidence des symptômes de commotion cérébrale. À 32 ans il vient d’être engagé par la Tasman Rugby Union comme entraîneur des avants et rejoint un groupe de 4 entraîneurs.
