INTERNATIONAL - Joueur le plus titré du rugby écossais, l’ancien capitaine du XV du Chardon Ross Ford a confirmé son souhait de mettre un terme à sa carrière de sportif professionnel.

Il souhaite désormais se retirer du sport pour jouer un rôle dans l’académie de Fosroc Scottish Rugby. Véritable monument du rugby écossais, l’ancien talonneur d’Edimbourg a porté la tunique bleue marine à 110 reprises, il a également eu l’honneur de jouer un match avec les Lions britanniques en 2009, point culminant d’une carrière exceptionnelle.
